Request for Proposals (RFP) for Social and Nutrition Services Fiscal Years 2027-2029

AgeWays is now accepting applications for contracted social and nutrition services (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2029), and welcomes interested organizations to apply.

Key Dates

• Applicant Workshop: March 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (attendance is required to be eligible for funding)

• Workshop Registration Deadline: March 20, 2026. Registration for the Applicant Workshop is required. Register via Smartsheet.

• Application Submission Deadline: May 29, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Both new and returning applicants must complete and submit an application using the SmartSimple online application platform.

The Applicant Workshop is intended for Aging, Community Living, and Supports Bureau (ACLS Bureau) contracted services. It is not applicable to Direct Service Purchase (DSP) providers and those working with MI Choice Medicaid Waiver programs.
