AgeWays develops annual and multi-year plans outlining how Older Americans Act (OAA) and Older Michiganians Act (OMA) funds are used to support community-based services for older adults through the MDHHS' Bureau of Aging, Community Living, and Supports (ACLS Bureau) and is approved by AgeWays Board and Advisory Council and is reviewed by each county’s Board of Commissioners. The plan is then approved by the Commission on Services of the Aging.
