WISE (Wellness Initiative for Senior Education) is an evidence-based healthy aging program designed to help older adults stay active, informed, and independent. Through engaging group discussions and educational activities, participants learn practical strategies to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Topics covered include:
WISE encourages older adults to take an active role in their health while connecting with others in a supportive group environment.
This program is ideal for adults ages 55+ who want to improve overall wellness, maintain independence, and support healthy aging.
There is no cost for the class, as they help us bring the classes to more people. Donations are always appreciated though. Registration is required and can be done one of three ways:
