Workshop Registration Deadline: March 20, 2026. Registration for the Applicant Workshop is required. Register via Smartsheet.
Application Submission Deadline: May 29, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Both new and returning applicants must complete and submit an application using the SmartSimple online application platform.

The Applicant Workshop is intended for Aging, Community Living, and Supports Bureau (ACLS Bureau) contracted services. It is not applicable to Direct Service Purchase (DSP) providers and those working with MI Choice Medicaid Waiver programs.
