This 8-week workshop helps older adults reduce their fear of falling and increase physical activity. Topics include assertiveness, recognizing fall-related habits, and reducing hazards in the home and environment. Balance and flexibility exercises are also included.
Every Tuesday: March 11 – May 6 from 1:00 – 3:00 with no class on 3/25
