This fun, twice-weekly program combines light exercise, health tips, and the classic game of Bingo to help older adults and people with disabilities stay active and connected. It’s a great way to move more, meet others, and boost overall well-being.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 10/5/26 – 11/23/26 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (No Class on 11/2/26. 11/4/26, or 11/11/26)
