Direct Service Purchase (DSP) Providers

AgeWays maintains a pool of direct service purchase providers that provide direct care and services for people enrolled in AgeWays programs such as the MI-Choice and/or the Community Living Program.

We are currently open to inquiries for our Direct Service Purchase Provider Network for the following service lines: Community Living Supports, In-Home/Out of home Respite, Chore- Lawn and Snow Services, PERS, PDN/Respiratory Care, Nursing Services, Counseling, Home Delivered Meals, Training Services, Fiscal Intermediaries, Environmental Accessibility Adaptations, Specialized Medical Equipment and Supplies, Transportation, Community Health Worker, Assistive Technology, Goods and Services, Residential Services, Vehicle Modifications, and Adult Day Health.
