The Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides services at a PACE Center. Participants’ social, medical and physical needs are coordinated by a team. PACE focuses on
preventive care in a person’s home. People who join a PACE program must receive their primary medical care through PACE, and will need to see a PACE doctor.
