The health department provides a wide range of services to support community health and wellness:
Clinic Services: Family planning, HIV/STD testing and treatment, immunizations, pregnancy and TB testing, blood pressure checks, scabies and lice checks (appointments required).
Environmental Health: Food service inspections, water quality and sewage management, solid waste oversight, and community health and safety.
Health Promotion & Prevention: Community education, diabetes support groups, CPR classes, and car seat checks (registration required for CPR and car seat services).
Maternal & Child Health: Breastfeeding support, CSHCS, Helping Baby Grow, MIHP, MI Child/Healthy Kids enrollment, and WIC (appointments required).
