Program Overview
An organization dedicated to supporting Veterans and individuals with disabilities on their journey toward self-sufficiency. Offers a wide array of services tailored to meet individual needs and help overcome barriers to housing, employment and financial stability, life skills development. Services include: Permanent Supportive Housing, Case Management, Eviction Prevention, SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery), Employment Readiness & Job Training, Job Placement Assistance, Financial Coaching & Budgeting, Representative Payee Services, Veteran Support Services, Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP), and other services may be available.
