Services:

• Support Group: Caregiver Conversations is a monthly drop-in educational and support group for adult children who serve in various caregiving roles for their aging parents.
• Peer Support: Caregiver Texting Tree is a peer support texting service.
• Friendly Callers: Trained volunteers contact older adults to reduce social isolation, identify emerging needs and brighten their days. Multiple calls a week. Screening for critical needs and connect to other services
• Friendly Visitors: Volunteers meet once per month (or more if agreed upon by both volunteer and older adult) with older adults in their homes. All volunteers are carefully screened, matched, interviewed and trained.
