ALS of Michigan services are available to Michigan residents and include: Information, Referrals and Resource guides; Workshops & Seminars; Medical Equipment Loans; an Augmentative & Alternative Communication Center, Home Visits; Support Groups, Transportation, and Respite Care Services (in certain areas).

In-Home Respite

• Assistance program funds respite care provided by local home healthcare agencies.
• Our In-Home Care Assistance Program provides relief to caregivers living with and caring for a loved one with ALS or to pALS who require care but do not have caretakers. The program funds up to 20 hours of home health care services per month at a rate up of to $25/hr.
