This fun, twice-weekly program combines light exercise, health tips, and the classic game of Bingo to help older adults and people with disabilities stay active and connected. It’s a great way to move more, meet others, and boost overall well-being.
Every Wednesday & Friday: 4/8/26 – 6/12/26 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Cost: Free (Donations appreciated)
Registration Required. You can either:
