AgeWays partners with organizations across southeast Michigan and metro Detroit to expand access to high-quality services for older adults, people with disabilities, and their families. As a leader in the regional aging network, we bring together mission-driven providers, community agencies, and healthcare partners to strengthen the systems that support vulnerable residents.
By coordinating funding, contracting with trusted service providers, and aligning efforts across the aging and healthcare sectors, we make it easier for people to receive the care and resources they need to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Our partnerships are essential to delivering programs such as MI Choice, Community Living Services, Meals on Wheels, and other critical supports throughout our six-county service region.
We maintain a vetted network of private agencies that deliver essential in-home support through programs such as MI Choice and the Community Living Program.
