Blue Water Community Action (BWCA) provides a variety of programs that assist low-income individuals, seniors, and families/caregivers to become economically self-sufficient. Programs include homebuyer education classes, home safety and weatherization resources, and personal hygiene and cleaning items through their Community Care Cabinet.
