Staying active and social is key to healthy aging—but for many older adults and people with disabilities, finding the right mix of motivation and movement can be tough.
Bingo for Health makes it easy by combining gentle exercise and health tips with the classic game of Bingo. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to get moving, connect with others, and boost overall well-being.
This program is designed for older adults and people with disabilities. There is no cost. The program helps participants:
Get light physical activity
Learn helpful health tips
Stay socially connected
Have fun while staying healthy
Classes meet twice a week on nonconsecutive days.
