Direct Service Purchase (DSP) Providers

AgeWays maintains a pool of direct service purchase providers.  These organizations provide direct care and services for people enrolled in AgeWays programs such as the MI-Choice and/or the Community Living Program.

We are currently open to inquiries for our Direct Service Purchase Provider Network for the following service lines: Community Living Supports, In-Home Respite, Chore Services, PERS, PDN/Respiratory Care, Nursing Services, Counseling, Home Delivered Meals, Training Services, Fiscal Intermediaries, Environmental Accessibility Adaptations, Specialized Medical Equipment and Supplies, Transportation, and Adult Day Health.
