St. Therese of Lisieux Parish Catholic Community – Health Ministry supports older adults with a parish nurse, health education and screenings (including vaccines, blood pressure checks, and blood drives), friendly-visiting/care-volunteer support, home/hospital visits, and grief support groups. Seniors can access a free medical lending closet (wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, and supplies), emergency-preparedness resources, meal assistance through “Meals from the Heart,” AARP driver safety, CPR/AED classes, and weekly exercise.
