Services:

  • Memory Cafes- Memory Cafés are a comfortable, social gathering in dementia friendly venues that allow people experiencing memory loss and a loved one to connect, socialize, and build new support networks. Cafés are free to attend and welcome to all. For more details, click here.
  • Caregiver Companions- Caregiver Companions is a unique, one-on-one, FREE support program for  primary caregivers to a loved one with dementia. Our goal is to connect caregivers to a dedicated companion who will provide a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, words of wisdom and encouragement, and perhaps even share lessons learned during their own personal caregiving experiences.
  • Workshops- We know that most persons with Alzheimer’s or other dementias are not sequestered in special facilities; instead, they are living in the community, alone or with their partners or families, and these friends and neighbors of ours experience special day to day difficulties trying to make their way in the community. We cannot cure the dementia, but there are simple steps we can all learn that will allow these friends and neighbors to live their best lives with more dignity and less difficulty.
