Intro: Caring for an aging loved one can be rewarding but also challenging. Kathleen Yanik from AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services talks about an upcoming event to support family caregivers. 

Feature: Caregiving Connections: Learn, Link, and Lunch is a day focused on caregivers where you’ll hear from experts and connect with local resources.  

It’s happening Saturday, October 5 from 10 am to 1:30 pm at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.  

Cost is $10, with all proceeds supporting the AgeWays’ Holiday Meals on Wheels Program.
