MI Choice: Helping Seniors and People with Disabilities Stay Independent at Home

Intro: Most seniors want to stay living at home as they age, but might need some extra support. Jenny Jarvis, from AgeWays Nonproift Senior Services, talks about a program that can help. 

Feature: The MI Choice program gives seniors the help they need to say living at home.  It provides assistance with things like bathing, dressing, or preparing meals. It’s available to people 65 or older who need a high level of care and meet financial eligibility requirements. Adults with disabilities may also qualify.
